WHEN WILL I GET MY BIKE, HOW LONG DOES TRANSPORT TAKE?
Pickup within 2-5 working days of booking being made. Delivery within 7-10 days.
ARE YOU INSURED, AND IS MY BIKE COVERED?
Transit insurance provided by the carrier.
DO YOU USE SUB-CONTRACTORS?
Yes, very reputable ones.
WILL MY BIKE BE WRAPPED OR COVERED?
Generally, no, once inside the covered truck, there is no need for it to be covered. We do have quilted blankets, however, if you would prefers yours covered. We do not use plastic or bubble wrap.
